3. Applicability

Apple's EULA referenced above applies to applications distributed through the Mac App Store or the App Store: DraftWriter, DraftCamera. By using those applications, you agree to be bound by Apple's EULA.

DraftFinder is not distributed through the App Store. It is distributed directly from this site as a Developer ID signed and Apple notarized application, and Apple's EULA does not apply to it. A DraftFinder license is granted per user, is a one-time purchase, and is not transferable. Redistribution, resale and reverse engineering are not permitted. Details of the sale, including pricing, delivery and refunds, are set out on the Purchase and Refunds page, and for customers in Japan in the Specified Commercial Transactions Act disclosure.
