Purchase and Refunds

This page sets out who sells Zaseeta products, what you pay, how the product is delivered, and how refunds and updates work. Customers in Japan should also see 特定商取引法に基づく表記.

Seller

Zaseeta products are sold by Polar Software, Inc. acting as the merchant of record. Polar handles payment processing, invoicing, the collection and remittance of sales tax and VAT, and chargebacks.

Price

The price shown on each product page applies.
DraftFinder: $19.99 (¥3,000 in Japan, tax included).

Additional charges

None. Any data charges you incur while downloading are your own.

Payment

By card and the other methods offered on the checkout page. Payment is taken when you complete the purchase.

Delivery

Your license key is emailed to you as soon as payment completes. The application itself can be downloaded from this site at any time.

System requirements

DraftFinder: macOS 14 Sonoma or later, on both Apple silicon and Intel.

Refunds

There is a 14 day free trial with every feature unlocked. It needs no account and no credit card, so you can evaluate the product on your own machine before paying anything.

Because you can try before you buy, and because these are digital products, we do not offer refunds as a matter of course.

That does not apply if something is broken on our side. If your license key does not work, or a defect prevents you from using the product, write to us at the address above and we will sort it out.

Updates

Every DraftFinder 1.x update is included at no extra cost, with no time limit and no renewal fee. Bug fixes and security updates are free forever. If a version 2.0 is ever released it will be a separate paid upgrade, and the 1.x you bought will keep working.
